Don't think so. He's only clearly visible coming up a steep hill on a rather minor side street (Aurora Ave N, elsewhere one of Seattle's biggest and busiest streets, but that all where the bridge begins). On the other hand, there's a lot of pedestrian traffic around the troll, and the street (N 36th St) that passes in front of him (I know, I'm being sexist, we don't know for sure it's a he troll) is sometimes the locus of inordinately speedy driving, so it wouldn't surprise me to learn a few folks afoot have been hospitalized by surprised motorists who never even saw the troll.
