A friend of mine is doing not only all of the above for a print presskit, but has made a promotional CD that has all the music, all the press kit stuff, and some video. A website on a CD-ROM.
I have also been getting a few press kits from bands I have seen and want to try to promote here in or town-- it's wonderful seeing all the variety.
