personaly I swear by tiger balm, but make sure that you get the right one, there is tiger balm white, for those who hve never used it before and tiger balm red, mighty powerful stuff. another remdy that my friend swears by is good old WD40 (no joke!) spry some on the affected area and wrap it with an elbow brace. good luck
