Congratulations Rick! And best wishes all 'round. Like most folks, I had no idea you were ill, I just figured you were busy. I'm no good at expressing shock and dismay but then you seem to have obviated any need of that for most of us.

The good news seems to be that you have many close friends who were able to help see you and Heather through the crisis. Thank God for skilled doctors and for good friends.
