I am, for the most part, in agreement with Little Hawk. If you are a fan of Night's, you will probably think it is OK. I don't see anyone thinking this is a classic. I am interested enough to concentrate on it, and on the various devices he uses, and found them interesting. But the idea that this will be one of the blockbusters of the summer is beyond me. It drags, but for the most part all the parts connect pretty well. I guess what puts me off is the way that Gibson, and the kids play their parts. They are painfully and obviously colorless, to the point of distraction. I understand the subtlties of blackness, but this was ridiculous. Funny how it left me dissatisfied, yet just a bit appreciative of it.
