There was a totally different song entitled "Kentucky" written and recorded by the Virginia band Heights of Grass on their "Ghost Riders" album in 1978. I used to do it but it's been years and someone or something has erased it from my memory banks. Can't find the lyrics on the net and my ex-wife wound up with the album.
