jimmyt: You're right... I haven't heard (or heard of) Acoustix, but they could well be as good as, or better than the new Four Freshmen. I have no way to compare them. I do know how carefully Russ Barbour watches over the group I've heard, and they are fine jazz musicians. Are Acoustix Acoustics? After all, the Four Freshman came out of Stan Kenton and were very much immersed in jazz.
