I heard our Secretary of State say, when asked his thoughts on the matter, 'I wonder what in the hell have they been doing the last two years'....Speaking of the folks responsible for assembling the new voting systems. This added to all the woes brought upon us by the Department of Children and Families (DCF) not being able to account for all the children in their care, actually losing some 140 or so....Are we the only state with these kind of monumental problems???
