I feel strangely drawn to this thread. Although not from your delightfully (one can only assume) rural community, I shall endevour to attend the next punching of the horse. It is my hope to meet with the Poppy leaf and find out what a Fresian is. I also wish to make the aquaintance of John in Hull:- do you speak as you write? Have you ever written any songs? I am unsure of the Dean Mister; time will show the wiser. By the way, I am a new member from Boscombe so 'hi' to all you insomniac maniacs (no offence meant) and if any of you feel like saying 'hi' I'm here 'til... well, for the next half hour or so.
