Vancouver BC's Ballads & Blues Weekend.

This is always a splendid weekend. The dates are Friday 22 – Sunday 24 November, 2002. Join us for a weekend of workshops, song-sharing, hot tubbing, nature walks, and gourmet food. Camp Sasamat, 40m. from downtown Vancouver, is in a beautiful setting on lakefront, surrounded by forest and mountains…fabulous! Come and sing the blues or get involved in the murder and mayhem of traditional ballads at the Vancouver Folk Song Society's annual winter camp. The entire weekend is catered. Teenagers are welcome if they'd like to participate in the program. Cost (includes all meals and accommodation) - $90 (US$60); Early bird price (up to October 19, 2002) - $80 (US$55).
