Here we go... I've spoken to my dad (he's Phil Taylor who wrote Barfly, an abc reader for Macs) and he gave me a link to Jack Campin's site, he's the one who originally sent him the tunes. The abc for 'Malcome Kaird's Come Again' is on this page it's the second of the tunes there.

Having looked at it, some of it does indeed fit the words - there's ten parts though! Seems like a Northumbrian pipe tune in shape.
