I don't know how to break it to you, but the Hoosier Hotshots used to do this in the 40's, maybe the 30's.

They also did The Girl Friend of the Whirling Dervish and The Coat and the Shirt Do All of the Work, But the Vest Gets all the Gravy.

My God, doesn't anyone remember the Hoosier Hotshots? Hezzie, Kenny, Frank and Gabey?
