My buddies in our Ceoli band taught me the words to "Whiskey Before Breakfast" except that in the B section it goes:

diddle Idle dum dydle diddle eyedl eeddle dum,
diddle Idle dum dydle diddle eyedl ay,
"Lard" preserve us & protect us,
   we're drinkin whiskey, b'fore breakfast!

      & whadd'ya mean "nonsense?" It makes sense to me!
