I've never seen a starved-to-death cat in front of a full bowl of
food.

A while back, physiologists and psychologists thought
that cats were colour-blind. When they switched the
"reward" to something more appetising than lab chow,
they found that the cats could see colours just fine. . . .

Cats are just better at training us than we are at
training them. I suspect they're really aliens
on a secret research project.
