The INS in the U. S. needs a MAJOR overhaul.
On profiling: those that have done the U. S. harm are not little old ladies in tennis shoes. They do have recognizable characteristics. Yet at our airports, security is as likely to shake down the little old lady in tennis shoes, as they are people with those recognizable characteristics. Does that make sense to you?
