Check out the Spywareinfo Web site, home of the spyware weekly. They also have forums to discuss spyware—including Comet—and get help identifying and removing the stuff.

WebAttack.com is another site and one where you can download the Ad-Aware program to purge your system of spyware including Comet. You can also obtain the free Ad-Aware program from it's home site at The Lavasoft Corp. Ad-Aware will let you clean your PC free of charge. They also have a commercial product that runs in the background and keeps your computer from being infected in the first place.

Make no mistake, Comet is an infection.
