20) I took accordian lessons when I was 5. (Stopped because every time I got the box out to practice, my mother would grab it and play.) Took clarinet lessons in gradeschool and junior high. Played in the school concert and marching bands. Played clarinet despite wanting to play horn or flute because my Dad wanted me to -- during WWII, he played clarinet and sax with a dance band (Frankie Dessel and His Melodeons) in north-central Wisconsin. (And I used to have to fight him for my clarinet to practice, too!

21) I own a $2-at-a-yardsale (15 or so years ago) very forgiving 8 foot tall and growing flowering maple. It sits in the south window of the bathroom and is a water hog -- if it doesn't get a drink every morning, it tries to take over the shower. It would be a lot taller than 8 feet if I didn't hack it back (and foist off the rooted cuttings on friends) every coupla months.

The other tasty way to eat french fries is mayo with a dash of Tabasco or your favorite hot sauce.
