Well - it won't add to the humor of this thread, but I frequently sing Goodnight Irene to the old folks, and at regular shows. But when I sing to the old folks,

if Irene don't come back to me, my tears will never run dry ...

At the other shows, I don;t mind taking morphine to die - but the old folks cringe at the morphine comment!
