I'm about ready to ask on uk.music.folk since it doesn't seem as though anyone here is familiar with the song. I tried once (unsuccessfully) to get information on the tune to "Joke and Push About the Pitcher" from UMF, but it's still worth a try. I'm also going to try e-mailing a couple of friends.
