Like some of the previous correspondents, I don't do gigs either. Late in the summer of 2001, a fellow invited me to jam with him and another guy out on the edge of Star Island, N.H. We had played a half-dozen tunes, maybe, when I looked up to see a dozen or so "Penguins" (summer workers at the island's conference center) had formed an audience. They were great.
