I have a fairly extensive collection of Belafonte thru the 60s and don't recall him singing it. He did sing about an ugly man, "Mama, Look a Bubu". My sister, ten years younger than I, used to go around the house pointing at her brothers, "Bubu, Bubu", and giggle.---John
