I don't see anyone else saying "...deep breathing and visualization are the only worthy, right answer to this evil" EXCEPT you!!

When you can understand that to think about, visualize and generate strong emotions about something IS a form of 'prayer' or 'meditation', whether you realize it or not, then you'll understand that it's wise to GUARD YOUR THOUGHTS MOST VIGILANTLY SO THAT YOU CREATE WHAT YOU WANT INSTEAD OF WHAT YOU DON'T.

That's why I don't like negativism, and whenever I see it I try to balance it with HEALTHY HOPEFUL EMPOWERING THOUGHTS.
