I think you and Spaw both need to sit down with Herr Doktor Liebenscheiss and have a good long talk, get it all out, and set things right between the two of you. I agree that it was a low blow when he insulted your car (which, God knows, is almost as attractive as a pink Edsel...), but he's been under stress. He secretly wants desperately to visit the WSSBA, but has been banned for lifetime from the campus. Can you imagine how he must feel?

Now, the Christmas card thing. Do you know that the Canadian Post Office refuses to mail cards that are larger than 6 x 9'? It is simply because of this that I have not sent anyone a Christmas Card in the last 25 years or so. It's not my fault that the Postal authorities in this country lack vision.
