Yes, Dubya's approval ratings are down. They had an "unscientific" poll on AOL yesterday and the percentages were something like 51% approve, 48% disapprove, 1% neutral. Of course the results were probably skewed by certain people voting every time they logged on. Who, me? Naw, I wouldn't dream of doing such a thing.
