I know that when I stopped eating chocolate, I stopped getting arthritis. It was that simple for me. Liquids, lots of them. BTW, how's the action on your instruments? Keep it low, play forever! I also had a problem with pressing way too hard with my fingers... it took some practice, but I lightened up, and now I play better too! Good luck! ttr
