Ditto, Carol. I'm still in 'recovery'!

As a private music teacher for over twenty years (sheesh has it been THAT long?) one thing I've noticed that's very encouraging is that more and more Dads every year are the ones to bring the kids to lessond and to practice with them at home! Last time I held a performance class for them on a Sat morning the Dads present outnumbered the Moms about 2 to 1!
This was almost unheard of in the 70's ...

I just love to see it happening - all the more power to you 'househusbands' and nurturing Dads willing to actively 'parent' even after a hard day's work!

IMO when Mom's happy and gets her own needs met, everyone's happier!
