I've just sliced the top off my right index finger ( the little pad at the top behind the nail, not a whole joint or anything). Is it going to heal flat, do you think, or will it regenerate? I'm assuming there is no point in medical attention, it appears to have stopped bleeding and you can't stitch what isn't there anymore, can you?
