I watched Bush on the tube yesterday, I started counting words...in NO case did he speak more that 6 words without a pause. The speech writers are doing all that THEY can to feed him scripts that he can cope with. (Saw a tape of Nixon's last State of the Union speech...evil and warped as he was, he could at least talk and think at the same time.)
