Hey, Bron! The third time's a charm!:-) I love that phrase, "serial monogamy"!

Here comes that Creep of Threads, again:

I, too, have had to work with my weight. I have found a very low carbohydate/high protein diet to be very helpful. Have lost 25 lbs in about 4.5 months; steady, slow, and safe. More to go....I started the carbs at 20/day and now am up to about 30-40/day. (Most people's diets include 100's of carbs, pasta, veggies, breads, etc.) Drop them down if I don't see a loss. High protein has been interesting I've been a vegetarian for abut 15 yrs. Since my weight is health-challenging, I decided to try a little chicken and fish. When I get down to where I need to be, though, I will go back to the veggie thing and just keep an eye on my eating habits. At least you have 6 ft. over which to disperse it! I am only 5'2", so every pound shows!

Dr. Atkins (on the net) has a diet book and some expensive, but helpful items such as low carb baking flour for breads, pancakes, etc.; low carb food bars, which are delicious; and a shake mix as well as other things that are way too hyped and expensive for my taste.

So long, as they say here in ole' Wyomin',

katlaughing....now you all can kiss that Creep goodbye!**BG**
