Thread Name: Req: A Drink for Each Song/Song for Each Drink
Subject: Tune Add: A DRINK FOR EACH SONG
The lyrics are above. No one where I live, on Mudcat, or in uk.music.folk has heard the song.

As much as I wanted some modal minor tune, this is the one the song wanted, and who am I to argue? If you have ABC, could you run it through and see if it's totally stinko, or whether it fits and you like it?

If you don't have ABC, the key is G, when you see a ">" it means the note in front of it is dotted. Each note is a quarter note, unless there's a number after it. B2A would sound like bee-eee Aaa. Upper case is lower octave, upper case is higher, with the switch-over happening at c.

I could e-mail a wav file of me attempting to sing it, but I'm not a very good singer.

Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Line Breaks <br> added to ABC. Let's see if that helps.
