Thanks for the explanation, Bobert. Do you have any studies to cite? Just wondering 'cause I see a lot of middle-class folks who are really obese and it seems to me someone poor may not get enough of anything to stay obese? I know what you say about mac and cheese, but I also remember the days when my kids and I ate a lot of it and none of us had any problems with weight. You know it has always been the better off who suffered from gout, etc. from obesity.
