In sspite of his blustery talk, you really have to excuse George Bush. I doubt that he realizes that these decisions are made at a much higher level of awareness. HHelicopterss and tanks must be sold, (whether they work or not). Human casualties are irrelevant. Dead boys and girls don't affect profit/loss statements too much. Expendable, you know, the ultimate renewable resource.
