Today was a good day. (Actually it led me to exclaim, "There IS a God!" YMMV.)

The person I have been trying to track down for some technical assistance as part of my healthcare team has been swimming in the same pool as I, for some weeks, and today I found out who she was, and we are all set to do a consult next week, and had half the consult in the water while working out. This meant that I was late leaving the pool, and was thus in time to run into the second person I have been trying to track down, to make a plan for a class I am uniquely qualified to present, in the same pool.

This, on top of yesterday having the WRONG technical assistance on the same topic, and on top of last week discussing the same class with the WRONG person at another pool!

I think I appreciate the doors that have slammed shut as much as the ones that present themselves, open before me. So easy to see which way to go, and beat-feet in that direction.
