I'm with you, Alice.

Every time my wife and I go on a trip, we give thanks when we get home safely. We have enough close calls that it seems a darned-near miracle that we've only had one accident in the last five years, and that was with a rental car. Someone backed into the side of our car while we were sitting in it. I suppose that some people would say that we've been lucky, but we feel that we're blessed. I'm not a great fan of luck. It comes in two flavors. If the good things that happen to me are dumb luck, I'm not sure who I should thank.
