I just refer to it as Port Who-Needs-Me. It is a Navy training center and the butt of a number of jokes. We generally see bright eyed young ensigns coming out of there full of book learning and eager to take on the world. We have to disabuse them of the notion that the folks in the books actually know what they are doing.
