He was also the Commander-in-Chief, United States European Command. He was on Meet the Press this morning, and can that man talk and make sense. Compare him to Colin the Colon, who, as part of his "evidence" for Iraqi non-compliance to UN resolutions, quoted a plagiarized document by a college student, that was woefully out-of-date (and full of misspellings - a dead giveaway).
