Rain! Rain! What rain??

And who could get lost trying to find Saddleworth when it's God's country? I just don't understand!

Just read messages on both the threads - you are all SO KIND!! (How many drinks do I owe everyone??)

Raggytash - I don't mind being called "misguided", but "girl"!! Is your eyesight fading along with your knowledge of the Yorkshire borders?

Vince - (What's your real name please?) - we do have fundraisers in April and May - a Lancashire Night, an evening with John Howarth (Oldham Tinkers) and friends, and a Comedy Night with Keith Donnelly and his Worship and the Pig. Plus our famous Car Treasure Hunt - not for the faint hearted!!

Yes, it's definitely my last festival - this time. As Raggytash says so nicely, I'm almost in my dotage and need to take things easier - more Jamiesons and less work.

Sue, I nearly didn't recognise the Festival from your description - I don't want Jim suing me for misrepresentation!!

Yes Noddy - we are having a Hiring Fair at the Festival from 3 - 6 on Saturday - actually, I think it's been over full for some time, so the need is definitely there!

Got to go now - I'm off to the London Palladium with my little grandson to see Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

See you all in Saddleworth.

Love, Ali
