Sanctions and inspectors wont' work with the likes of Saddam without the threat of force. Good on George W Bush! He willing, and even appears eager, to charge in there and crush Saddam. That's the only language Saddam understands. Is George W Bush actually eager to do it? Hell no he ain't! But Saddam thinks he is, and that means George W Bush is a good president.
