We have rain, sleet, snow, etc. What should I do about a drain pipe that has lost the two bottom pieces in the ice and is swinging in the wind? Keep in mind I will have to go out in the ice storm and wade through three feet of snow/ice to get to it. My instincts say "Wait for spring".
