Well, he said somethin' along the lines that democracy is dependent on an informed population and this "chemtrails" is new to me. Yeah, I see the stuff in the sky and thing it's just, ahhhh, airplane stuff. Now I can fly a Cesna but I don't really know too much about the reat of that airplane stuff and I reckon most folk here don't either. 'Cept you.
