I have Google as my homepage on IE. I get "cannot be displayed" messages about 5% of the time when I log on. It's probably just a traffic issue as it almost always connects on the second attempt. Google probably gets more hits during a day than any other website on the net. Some traffic-related problems are bound to crop up.
