The grand conspiracy theory I came up with is that the people in power have an office, which dreams up any number of weird and wonderful conspiracy theories which they promulgate. Call it the Conspiracy Invention Agency.

The idea being that, in all the confusion, people lose sight of the real conspiracy that they are engaged in, and become reluctant to believe this is real, or do anything about it.

Which, essentially, is to do whatever is necessary to serve their own interests and to keep control of the resources and power they require.

So is Dratted Guest working for this CIA?
