McGrath, I came up with the same conspiracy theory as yours in the "Constitutional Guarantees" thread on 26 Feb 6.50 am, and I mentioned it again in the Help Forum later that day on the "Mudcat down....." thread at 9.24pm.

If you have thought of it independently, and I assume you have, that just goes to show that maybe it is not all that silly, after all. I brought it up originally only being semi-serious, but maybe it is true! ;-)
