Sorry it had to happen in your neighborhood, but it did, and it's just part of the process of acclimating us to martial law. Your city just passed an ordinance against the Patriot Act, which is good, but your cops detained citizens in a naval brig so the Feds could bring maritime law into play, which was bad. You win some you lose some.
