Interesting sidelight: At least part of the time that Cheney is in "an undisclosed location", he is at his home in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. A friend of mine who goes there to ski every year says he was there in February when she was there. The locals, and those who fly in to ski, are aware of it because airspace is restricted both coming and going, stranding some other people, and there are many suited-strangers in town who congregate around Cheney's home.
