Steve- Bev Grant should not be missed; I still remember her song "Together, We Can Move Mountains" from the 1975-76 rent strike at Co-op City. Unfortunately, Saturday is already pretty well jammed. Thanks for posting this information. The Joe Hickerson Concert is a strong possibility; I know the location well and subway access, as you've mentioned, should not be a problem.

Looks like we'll have great weather for the drive down. We should be rolling into Brooklyn around 5:30 pm, assuming my navigator can get an appropriate sight from the middle of the Triborough Bridge: "What, you can't see the Gowanus Canal?"
