As an aid to those wishing to translate words from clean to rude, I am looking for my copy of "Mrs. Grundy:Studies in English Prudery." This wonderful tome has pages of terms for all the naughty bits and their actions. Some memorable ones were "babies public house" for breast, "Dr. Johnson" for erection because their was no one he would not stand up to.
