I have a version sung by Vera Lynne - taped many years ago off a mono LP my parents owned. The cover showed her with a background of servicemen, probably at one of her wartime concerts.

I also have a CD of The Great War Songs with a version by The Four Vagabonds, dunno who they are, tho, but the other artists are British.
