There are several midis available online including one at Sing Out Vol 43#1 ( Malaika Midi).

(A BoneyM midi crops up a few times and a terrible one from Flippers. I haven't heard the song since I was in Ethiopia in the 80s - from Kenyans - but, Flippers apart, the midis sound OK).
