I would like to know the answer to the question about whether the artist has any control over the use to which their songs are put. If they are owned by someone else -- like one's publishing company -- can one have veto rights? I think the use of Revolution was scummy; but the use of "Start Me Up" -- though I hate Microsoft -- was ok -- maybe the Rolling Stones are already scum. yours, Peter T.
